A. Personal Identification Information
- Full name, father's name (as applicable for verification)
- Email address and mobile phone number
- Postal address and city/province of residence
- National Identity Card (CNIC) number — collected only when required for tax documentation (Section 153 withholding tax per Income Tax Ordinance 2001) or identity verification
- Profile photograph (optional, uploaded by the user)
B. Business & Professional Information
- Company/organization name and type (Sole Proprietor, Pvt. Ltd., Partnership, etc.)
- National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) — required for GST compliance under FBR regulations
- Authorized representative details
- Trade registration or license numbers (for media owners)
- PEMRA license information where applicable
C. Financial Information
- Bank account details (account title, account number, IBAN, branch code) for payment disbursements
- JazzCash or EasyPaisa mobile wallet numbers for digital payments
- Payment transaction records and invoice history
- Tax deduction certificates and payment receipts
D. Media Inventory & Advertising Information
- Location details of advertising sites (GPS coordinates, addresses, area, city)
- Photographs, dimensions, and technical specifications of media structures
- Booking history, campaign schedules, and creative content (artwork, banners)
- Municipal or regulatory authority permissions and NOCs
E. Technical & Usage Data
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, click patterns and search queries on AdHubAI
- Device identifiers and session tokens
- Referral URL and geographic location (city-level, not precise GPS)
- Error logs and performance data
F. Communication Data
- Messages sent through our contact form or inquiry system
- Support tickets and correspondence with our team
- Feedback, reviews, and ratings submitted on the platform

09 Children's Privacy
AdHubAI is a business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketplace for advertising services. Our platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@adhub.com and we will take steps to delete such information.
10 Cross-Border Data Transfers
Our servers and cloud infrastructure may be located within or outside Pakistan. Where your data is processed or stored outside of Pakistan, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual data protection clauses — consistent with the protections required under Pakistani law. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to our service providers under such safeguards.
11 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of AdHubAI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, and all other applicable federal and provincial laws. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
