Advertiser
You can book a hoarding in 4 steps: (1) Search for media in your desired city and filter by type, size or budget. (2) Click on a listing and submit an inquiry. (3) Receive a quotation within 24 hours. (4) Approve the quotation and make payment to confirm your booking.
Most outdoor media locations have a minimum booking period of 30 days (1 month). Some premium digital and LED locations may have shorter minimum booking options. The exact minimum is mentioned on each listing page.
Yes! If you want to book multiple locations or run a multi-city campaign, our sales team will prepare a custom package quotation with best rates. Contact us through the Inquiry form or call us directly.
For traditional hoardings, you need to supply printed vinyl flex artwork. For digital/LED screens, provide high-resolution JPEG, PNG or MP4 files. Our creative team can also assist with artwork design at additional cost. Size specifications are mentioned on each listing.
Listed prices are base media rates excluding GST (18%) and printing/installation charges. The final quotation will include all applicable charges — GST, vinyl printing, mounting and dismounting — for full transparency.
Media_owner
Register as a Media Owner on AdHubAI, then go to My Inventory → Add New Media. Fill in the details including location, dimensions, pricing and upload photos. Our team will verify your listing within 48 hours and make it live on the platform.
Listing your hoarding on AdHubAI is completely FREE. We only charge a small platform commission on successful bookings, which means you only pay when you earn.
Payment is released to your registered bank account within 7-10 working days after the advertiser confirms installation. AdHubAI deducts a small platform commission before releasing payment. You can track all transactions in your Media Owner dashboard.
Yes, you have complete control over your pricing. You can set a monthly rate, weekly rate, and mark prices as negotiable if you prefer to discuss terms with advertisers directly.
Your Media Owner dashboard shows all booking requests, confirmed bookings, and a calendar view of availability for each of your media locations. You can accept or decline booking requests with one click.
Payments
AdHubAI accepts payments via NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. For large campaigns (₹5 lakhs and above), we also offer structured payment plans.
Yes. All payments on AdHubAI are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card and bank details are never stored on our servers.
Cancellations made 14+ days before the campaign start date are eligible for a 90% refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. No refund is applicable for cancellations within 7 days of campaign start. Please read our Terms & Conditions for full details.
