Earn Online — Terms & Conditions

These Earn Online Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Earn Online rewards program ("Program") operated by AdHubAI Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. ("AdHubAI", "we", "us") on the AdHubAI platform at adhubai.com. By registering for or using Earn Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to AdHubAI's general Terms & Conditions and our Earn Online Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register for the Program.
1. Nature of the Program
- Earn Online is a rewards and loyalty program, not an employment, income-generating, or investment scheme. Points earned have no cash value outside the redemption catalogue described in Section 5.
- AdHubAI does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings, activity availability, or continued operation of the Program, and may modify, pause, or discontinue it at any time with reasonable notice to registered members.
- Participation is entirely voluntary and does not create any employer-employee, agency, or partnership relationship between you and AdHubAI.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Pakistan Contract Act 1872.
- You may hold only one Earn Online account. Creating multiple accounts (by the same person, household, or device) to earn additional points is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of points and account suspension across all linked accounts.
- All registration information (name, email, country/city, and any other details requested) must be true, accurate, and kept up to date.
- Business-type AdHubAI accounts (advertiser, media owner, agency) may also participate in Earn Online directly on their existing login — these Terms apply to that earning activity in addition to the agreements already governing their business account.
3. Email Verification & Identity Checks
- New Earn Online members (registering with a dedicated earning account) must verify their email address using a one-time code before their account is activated for earning.
- AdHubAI may, at its discretion, require document-based identity verification (a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID) before approving your first reward redemption. You may continue earning points while this verification is pending, but redemption will not be processed until it is approved.
- Submitting a forged, altered, or third-party identity document is a serious violation that will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated points.
4. Earning Points
Points may be earned by completing activities published by AdHubAI, which may include (but are not limited to):
- Watching a video for its full required duration;
- Viewing an image or advertisement for the required minimum time; and
- Visiting a sponsored link/URL and remaining on the destination page for the required minimum time.
- Each activity specifies the points awarded and may be limited by geography (country/city), a maximum number of completions per member, or a time window — only activities matching your profile will be shown to you.
- Points are credited only after our system verifies that an activity was genuinely completed (e.g. full watch duration, genuine page engagement). Automated, scripted, or otherwise artificial completion of activities will not earn points and may result in suspension.
- AdHubAI reserves the right to review, reverse, or withhold points credited in error or as a result of fraud, system malfunction, or a violation of these Terms.
5. Redeeming Rewards
- Accumulated points may be redeemed for rewards listed in the Earn Online catalogue, subject to each reward's stated point cost and availability.
- Your first redemption requires document verification to be approved (see Section 3). Subsequent redemptions do not require re-verification unless AdHubAI has reason to re-check your identity.
- Redemption requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe communicated at the time of request. AdHubAI is not liable for delays caused by third-party reward fulfillment partners, payment rails, or courier services.
- Points deducted for a redemption that is later found to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms may be reversed, and the corresponding reward cancelled or its value recovered.
- Points are non-transferable between accounts (except where credited through the official referral program described in Section 6) and have no value as legal tender.
6. Referral Program
- Where enabled, you may receive a personal referral link to share with others. If someone registers an AdHubAI account using your link and (for Earn Online members) completes their first earning activity, you may be credited a referral bonus as communicated on the Program page at the time.
- Referral abuse — including self-referral, referring accounts you control, or incentivizing signups through misrepresentation — will result in forfeiture of referral bonuses and may lead to account suspension.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Without limiting the rest of these Terms, you must not:
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, click farms, VPN/proxy manipulation, or any other automated or artificial means to complete activities or inflate engagement;
- Register or operate more than one Earn Online account;
- Provide false registration, verification, or payout information;
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or exploit any vulnerability in the Program; or
- Use the Program for any unlawful purpose under the laws of Pakistan.
8. Suspension, Forfeiture & Termination
AdHubAI may suspend or terminate your Earn Online participation, and forfeit any unredeemed points, immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct. You may also close your Earn Online participation at any time by contacting support; unredeemed points are forfeited on account closure.
9. Changes to the Program
AdHubAI may change activity types, point values, redemption options, eligibility rules, or discontinue the Program entirely at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice. Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdHubAI's total liability arising from your participation in Earn Online shall not exceed the value of your unredeemed points at the time any claim arises. AdHubAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses connected to the Program.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall first be addressed through AdHubAI's support channel, and failing resolution, shall be subject to the same dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions set out in AdHubAI's general Terms & Conditions.

Earn Online — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AdHubAI Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. ("AdHubAI", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you register for or use the Earn Online rewards program ("Program") at adhubai.com. It supplements AdHubAI's general Privacy Policy, which also applies to your use of the wider platform.
1. Information We Collect
- Registration details: name, email address, and the country/city you select or that we detect from your approximate location.
- Verification data: a one-time email verification code, and — if you choose to redeem rewards — a government-issued identity document (e.g. CNIC or passport) that you upload for review.
- Activity data: which earning activities (videos, images, sponsored links) you viewed or completed, when, and whether the completion met the activity's verification requirements (e.g. full watch duration).
- Wallet & redemption data: your points balance, ledger history, and any rewards you redeem.
- Referral data: if you use or share a referral link, which account referred which, for the purpose of crediting referral bonuses.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and an approximate location cookie (used to show you geographically relevant activities) — the same geo-detection mechanism used across the AdHubAI platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and secure your Earn Online account, including verifying your email address;
- To determine which earning activities are relevant to your location and to credit points accurately;
- To verify your identity before processing your first reward redemption, as required under Section 3 of the Earn Online Terms & Conditions;
- To detect and prevent fraud, multiple-accounting, and abuse of the Program;
- To process reward redemptions and referral bonuses;
- To send you Program-related emails (verification codes, redemption updates) and, only if you opt in, news about new rewards or earning opportunities; and
- To comply with applicable Pakistani law, including responding to lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities.
3. How Identity Documents Are Handled
- Identity documents you upload are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized AdHubAI administrative staff responsible for verification review.
- Documents are used solely to confirm your eligibility to redeem rewards and to prevent fraudulent claims — they are never sold, rented, or used for marketing purposes.
- You may request deletion of a previously submitted document once it is no longer required for an active or pending redemption, subject to any legal retention obligations.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with:
- Reward fulfillment or payment partners, solely as needed to deliver a reward you have redeemed;
- Service providers who help operate the Program (e.g. email delivery) under confidentiality obligations; and
- Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law or a valid legal process in Pakistan.
5. Cookies & Location Detection
Earn Online uses the same geo-detection mechanism as the rest of the AdHubAI platform: a small cookie that remembers your approximate country/city (detected via your browser or IP address) so that location-targeted earning activities can be shown to you without asking every time. You can clear this cookie at any time through your browser settings; doing so simply means we'll ask for your location again or show you untargeted activities.
6. Data Retention
We retain your Earn Online account data, activity history, and ledger for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, and legal compliance purposes. If you close your account, we may retain minimal records necessary to comply with these obligations.
7. Your Rights
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about your Earn Online account;
- You may request correction of inaccurate information;
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to our right to retain records required by law or to resolve an active dispute or pending redemption; and
- You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your ability to earn or redeem points.

8. Children's Privacy
Earn Online is not directed at, and may not be used by, individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice before they take effect. Continued use of Earn Online after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
